We offer Wagyu for your freezer, but more importantly, for your eating pleasure. We have half or whole selections available for order.

Why does Wagyu cost more?

It takes 30 months to finish Wagyu as compared to 15-18 months for other breeds. Wagyu is slower growing and the best marble starts at 21 months. Less than two percent of all United States Beef meets USDA Prime quality. Wagyu exceeds USDA Prime.
